Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:30pm. There were 12 children (32 points.) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 12 children?s records, 1 household member, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and singing. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on review of 3 caregivers and household members records, one does not have documentation of an updated report of tuberculosis (TB) screening every two years. Evidence: Household member #1 and caregiver #1 have documentation of expired report of tuberculosis screening. Householder #1 expired 10/13/19, caregiver #2 expired 1/24/20.
Plan of Correction:
They will both get their TB screening done.
