Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/18/2023 from 1:10PM to 2:00PM. 12 children were directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, staff records, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. Children were observed interacting with each other, finishing lunch, playing outside and engaging with the staff. Developmentally appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Based on interviews and record review, staff required to have the training were not retrained within the three-year interval. Evidence: The Medication Administration Training certificate for Staff A was expired.
Plan of Correction:
We will schedule training immediately.
