Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. All groups were in ratio at the time of the inspection. Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drill log and the playground were all in compliance today. See Violation Notice for non-compliances. Based on a review of records, staff records did not contain documentation of a nationwide fingerprint result prior to employment.
