An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:25 AM and ending at 10:40 AM in conjunction with a Licensing Renewal inspection. There were fourteen children in the care of three staff during the inspection. The children's ages ranged between three and five years old. The children were observed playing with blocks, cars, and dolls and coloring. Two children were observed eating morning snack which consisted of dry cereal and milk. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. There were no allergy care plans to be reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 5/10/2019. The most recent health inspection was dated 4/13/18. The most recent fire inspection was dated 3/28/19.
