Technical Assistance was provided to the Lead Teacher regarding the Health & Safety Update training. The training is due within a year of completing the Virginia Preservice training, and then each year moving forward.

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 5/30/23 from 9:55am to 11:15am in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Four staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training, Health & Safety Update training, and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 5/9/23.
