An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted Thursday, November 14, 2019 to determine the center's compliance with religious exempt requirements. The inspection was initiated at approximately 11:00 AM and concluded at approximately 1:00 PM. A total of 68 children were present during the inspection and the following staff to child ratios were observed:
Twos: 7 children and 2 staff
Twos: 6 children and 2 staff
Threes: 10 children and 2 staff
Pre-K I: 12 children and 2 staff
Pre-K II: 10 children and 1 staff
Pre-K III: 10 children and 1 staff
Pre-K IIII: 13 children and 2 staff
Children were observed playing with blocks, looking at books and having books read to them, participating in music class, coloring, working puzzles, participating in circle time, having a birthday celebration, washing hands and taking bathroom breaks and eating snack. All areas of the center were inspected including the classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, indoor gym, music room and outdoor play areas. Ten children?s records and 10 staff records was reviewed. Policies and procedures were discussed and information disclosed to parents, guardians and public was reviewed. There were no violations cited during the inspection.
