A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on 3-27-2023. There were 34 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 5 years, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in background checks and requirements for child day centers operated by religious institution exempt from licensure. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed.
