Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on October 11, 2019 from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thirty-two children were in care and seven staff were on premises during the inspection. Staff and children were observed in classrooms and on the playground engaged in activities to include outside play, snack time, and circle time. Interviews and interactions were conducted and no children are currently taking medication. Five children?s records and five staff records were reviewed. The head of school was available for the inspection and present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed. Based on observation, the licensee failed to post the most recent inspection of the facility. Evidence: 1. Upon observation, the findings of the most recent inspection were not posted at the center. 2. Administrator #1 acknowledged these findings were not posted.
Plan of Correction:
Head of school posted the most recent inspection and this was corrected on site.
