A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/23/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:50am and ended at 9:25am. There were 3 staff with 30 children in two classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed painting, hand washing, eating snack, packing up to go to school and other organized activities. Staff files, Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, the physical plant, and evacuation drills were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
