A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection took place on May 7, 2024 between the hours of approximately 8:40 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 classrooms observed with a total of 35 children with 3 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play, reading, dismissing for school and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures was conducted during this inspection. 3 staff records and 4 children's records were reviewed. There were 5 medications reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
