Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:52am to 8:50am. There were 27 children in direct and supervision of 3 staff members. The children were observed engaged in several activities including card games, legos, board games and reading. 5 children's records and 1 staff record, medications and emergency drill records were reviewed. Children's arrival and attendance was observed as they were arriving to the center. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice. Based on records review, children's records were not complete. Evidence: Child # 1, Child # 2 and Child # 3's records were missing information for persons authorized to pick up.
