Comments:
An unannounced annual inspection was conducted 1/10/2023 from 11:30 am-12:30 pm. There were 2 children present and 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, 1 household member records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not complete the department?s annual health and safety update course.
Evidence: The record for the vendor did not contain documentation of the annual 3-hour updated subsidy training course.
