An unannounced code compliance complaint inspection was conducted on 04/23/2024 in response to a complaint received by the department on 04/18/2024 regarding physical plant, supervision, and staffing. Interviews, record reviews and policy reviews were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation do not support the allegation, so the complaint could not be substantiated.
