The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the Center Assistant COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. Further discussion also included staff documentation that is kept on site. While staff documentation is checked annually through the PRCS main office by staff from FLO, some specific documents should remain on site such as: training (CPR, FA, DHO, MAT) and emergency contact information for on site staff.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 04/06/2021. A Center Assistant was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (11) children present and (4) staff. The inspector emailed the Center Assistant a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (2) children?s records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Staff files will be reviewed on a later date through the PRCS main office by staff from the Fairfax Licensing Office.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
