Discussion that a signed, written statement that the center is following the recommendations of the management plan will need to be submitted to the department before the subsequent license is issued. This letter will complete the renewal application that was submitted.
Further discussion included the construction of the new building on-site. This new building will become the new community center and the old building will be torn down. A modification to the center license will need to be submitted in order to reflect this new space.

The following on-site renewal inspection took place between the hours of 12:30 pm through 1:30 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the Lovettsville Community Center located in Lovettsville, Virginia.
At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 9 children observed with 3 staff; good ratio for this one preschool age room. A total of 5 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date and through the PRCS main office. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
