Discussion that the Environmental Sanitation Report was not available during the inspection conducted on 12/08/2023, nor was it part of the submitted CDC Renewal Application. Please work with the Health Department and submit once this documentation is obtained.

This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 02/15/2024, between the hours of 1:30 pm to 2 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; and physical plant; specifically in regard to the Environmental Sanitation Report (to be conducted by the Health Department).
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
