Comments:
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 05/24/2024, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 63 preschool children present with 9 staff providing supervision across 4 separate classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: graduation day, center activities within their classroom, outside time on the center playground, clean-up, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (2); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children files were reviewed. Staff files will be reviewed during a separate inspection next month through the PRCS main office in Leesburg.

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.

If you should have any questions, please call or send an email to charlie.perkins@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you.
