The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on 02/27/2019 from 10:45am to 12:30pm. The children were observed learning through play in centers, washing their hands, eating lunch and playing in the gymnasium. A formal observation was completed. Lunch consisted of ham and cheese sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoe, fries, strawberries and milk. The lunch menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. The classroom and playground was inspected.
Five children?s records were reviewed during this inspection. Staff records are kept at another location and will be reviewed on a later date.
The center?s medication was reviewed.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.
