An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted on 9/5/2019 from 4:40pm to 5:30pm. There were 26 school-agers directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 8 children?s records, 3 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating snack, cleaning up, washing hands and playing outside. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
