Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 14 2022 between 3:15pm and 4:15pm. There were 19 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. Children were observed playing on the playground, playing soccer, and running. A review of staffing records, child records, and emergency drills was conducted. Based on record review, 2 of 4 staff records reviewed did not have documentation of a negative tuberculosis result every two years since the date of the first screening.
Evidence: Staff #2 last documented TB result is dated 10/10/19. Staff #3 did not have a TB result on record.
