The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Monday, September 30, 2019 between 3:20 pm to 5:15 pm to determine the programs's compliance with licensing standards. The licensing inspector observed 69 children being supervised by 5 staff including the site supervisor. During this inspection, the children were observed by the licensing inspector completing a variety of activities to include interacting with peers and staff, participating in various game activities, complete bathroom breaks, and transitioning into snack time. The program's snack for today consisted of chicken nuggets, green beans, fruit cup, and milk. The licensing inspector also completed observation of parent pick ups during the inspection. The following information was reviewed: emergency supplies, required postings, fire and shelter-in-place drills, injury/accident reports, and children's allergies. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There were five children?s records and five of the staff's emergency contacts and required certificates of completion were reviewed during this inspection.
