Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on December 19, 2022. There were sixty-one children present, with thirteen staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of six child records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Based on review of three staff records, the program failed to ensure that a fingerprint check was conducted prior to first day of employment.
Evidence: 1. The first day of employment for Staff #2 was 8/22/2022 after being rehired. 2. A fingerprint check was not redone upon rehire.
