A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/3/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 12:50pm and ended at 2:15pm. There were 7 staff with 50 children in 4 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed taking a nap as it was their designated rest period. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and the evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
