An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/23/2019. The inspector arrived at 6:40 A.M. and departed the program at 8 A.M. Arrival and attendance procedures were observed. There were a total of 15 school age children present under the direct care & supervision of three (3) caregivers. Adult to child ratios were in-compliance upon arrival and throughout the inspection. Two staff's and five children's records were reviewed. Staff records are maintained at the YMCA home office and were reviewed at the YMCA Office prior to the inspection. After school program administers medication however there were no children currently enrolled receiving medication during the program?s hours of operation. Observed children during arrival procedures, group activities, self-initiated activities.
