An unannounced renewal study was conducted today after school. There are 75 children with 5 staff present today. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only. Full staff records are reviewed at the main office at another time. 5 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Emergency escape drills, shelter-in-place drills, first aid supplies, medications and emergency supplies are all in compliance. The playground was not inspected today due to inclement weather. Children were observed eating snack, ashing hands, working on homework, playing gym games. LI was present today from 3:35 PM - 5:00 PM. A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was also conducted today.
