Technical Assistance:
Discussed the loose handle and rust starting to appear on refrigerator's door.
Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted today in person from 4:10- 4:55. There were 36 children present with 5 staff and the inspector observed snack, handwashing, transition to outside play, homework, and arts and crafts. Staff were able to answer questions about number of children, allergies, medication needs, and emergency procedures. Staff are current in Pre Service training, CPR, and three staff have MAT. Medication and 4 children's files were reviewed. Please call with questions 703 479-4679
Based on record review, it was determined the annual injury prevention plan was not complete as it did not include date of the review of the plan.
Plan of Correction:
I will make sure to have it updated and review with staff.
