Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 10/28/2021 and concluded on 11/03/2021. There were 24 children present with 4 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on documentation review, not all staff posses a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Evidence: 1) The most recent CPR certification documented in the record for Staff #4 was dated 03/15/2019 with an expiration date of 03/15/2021.
Plan of Correction:
Staff will be scheduled to complete the CPR certification on the next available date.
