An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 12 2022 between 7:00am and 7:45am. There were 6 children in the direct care of 4 staff members. Children were observed eating breakfast, playing card games, and reading. A review of children's records, staffing certifications, evacuation drills, the first aid kit, flashlight, battery operated radio, and medications was conducted.
