An unannounced health and safety inspection took place today. There were 67 children present with 5 staff. I observed children busy with a variety of activities. This inspection, along with the previous licensing inspection, meets the requirements for the SSHI inspection. If you have any questions, please contact me at brenda.kuhlman@dss.virginia.
Based on a review of staff records today, there was no first aid or CPR certification available for a Staff # 5 (substitute)
Plan of Correction:
She will be taking the class next month.
