Comments:
An unannounced full renewal inspection was conducted today. There were 62 children in care, with a total of 5 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. Children's records, administrative records, staff information, the physical plant, children's nutrition, emergency preparedness items, and children's medications were inspected today.
The children were observed eating snack, playing relay games in the gym, making sensory bottles, completing homework, and engaging in free choice activities.

Based on a review of children's records, it was determined that 4 records do not include all required information. Evidence: 1 - Child records B, C, and F do not include "authorized pick ups" information. 2 - Child record A does not include the last name for one emergency contact person.
