Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 62 children in care, with a total of 5 staff members assigned to their direct supervision.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Based on a review of emergency preparedness items, it was determined that the emergency plan does not include all required information. Evidence: The emergency plan does not include a "Continuity of Operations" plan.
Plan of Correction:
I will get the plan from the SACC office.
