A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/28/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at approximately 8:30 a.m. and ended at approximately 9:10 a.m. There was 1 classroom observed with 20 children and 2 staff, within supervision guidelines. Children were observed playing with blocks, using tablets and other organized activities. Children and staff files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were 2 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
