A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring Inspection took place on April 2, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:15 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was 1 classroom observed with a total of 36 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed finishing morning snack and preparing to begin morning activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures was completed during this inspection. 4 staff records and 4 children's records were reviewed. There were 4 medications reviewed during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
