An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:20am-8:45am. There were 37 children in the direct care and supervision of 4 staff. The children were observed coloring, playing ?Uno? and ?Spot It? together, building with legos, hand washing, eating breakfast, and packing up to go to school. A sample size of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency materials, 2 emergency medications, and the physical plant were reviewed.
