Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 9:10am. There were 36 children and 14 direct-care staff present. Ratios and supervision were in compliance at the time of the inspection. Children were observed in a variety of activities, to include: playing table games, magnetic blocks, making candy apples, eating snack, and active play in the gym. The facility was found to be clean, and classrooms were well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined there was an area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws reviewed. Based on records reviewed, it was determined that 1 of 2 children's records did not include required information. Evidence: Child #4 - There was no written allergy action plan for a documented allergy.
Plan of Correction:
Written allergy action plans will be on-file at the time the child starts attending the program. The child's record will updated accordingly.
