An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 8:15am-9:30am. There were 43 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff members. A sample size of 6 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency materials, the first aid kit, one emergency medication, and the physical plant were reviewed. The children were observed coloring, playing board games, building with wooden blocks, and playing a group activity before dismissal to their classrooms.
