An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:10am-8:15am. There were 24 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 staff members. A sample size of 3 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, 4 medications, the first aid kit, emergency materials, and the physical plant were reviewed.
