A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/5/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 1:35pm and ended at 2:15pm. There were 2 staff with 14 children in gym at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing pin dodgeball and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
