An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:40am-8:45pm. There were 64 school age children directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, 6 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, making colored waffles, playing table top pool, and playing card games. Children being released into school was observed. Children are called by name and checked out of the program. There was a supply of materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
