Inspector was on site to inspect playground equipment. Program followed correct requirements reporting accident/ incident online. Supervision of children on playground was in compliance.
There is a balance beam that is located on the school playground that is maintained by FCPS. The beam is suspended above the ground and does shift with the weight of the children while in use.
Accident incident reporting was complete and emergency polies and procedures were followed.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, on site document review and interview.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/27/2021. The supervisor was contacted by telephone and a remote and inperson inspection was completed. Inspector was on site prior to children's arrival into afterschool care. There were 41 children present with 5 supervising staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication policies and procedures , special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
