A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 09/30/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today before school. There are approximately 35 children present with 55 staff. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and games, washing hands, eating snack/breakfast and transitioning to the gym. 4 children's records were reviewed. See the Violation Notice for missing items. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items, as the complete files are reviewed at the main office at another time. LI was present from 7:00 AM - 8:25 AM. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
