: A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 1/27/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There are 46 children present at LI arrival with 5 staff. 5 staff records were reviewed for specific items only as the full record is reviewed at the main office at another time. 5 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing items. Children were observed playing the gym and is the rooms, cleaning up from a cooking project, washing hands, eating snack and enjoying free time activities. Emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, first aid supplies and menu items served are all in compliance. LI was present today from 2:45 PM - 4:40 PM. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
