A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/02/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:45 am and ended at 12:15 pm. There were 3 staff with 23 children in 2 rooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing with manipulatives, drawing, painting, leggos and other organized activities. Children's and staff files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
