Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted March 5 2024 between 11:00am and 12:00pm. There were 22 children in the direct care of 3 staff members. Children were observed reading, creating large art self portraits, washing hands, and eating lunch. Child records, evacuation drills, medications, and staff requirements were reviewed and inspected. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that cleaning materials were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method.
Evidence: Cleaning materials were located in an unlocked cabinet underneath the sink

Cabinet was locked at the time of inspection.
