Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 6, 2024 between the hours of 7:40am - 8:30am. There were 33 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing cards, reading books and coloring. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within five business days in order for it to be included on the public website. Based on record review and interview, documentation was not maintained for all emergency evacuation drills. Evidence: 1. Documentation of the emergency evacuation drill for the month of March 2024, was not available for review. 2. Staff #1 stated that the emergency evacuation drill for March 2024 was completed but not documented.
