Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/10/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on record review, 1 of 3 staff working directly with children did not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 90 days of the date of employment.
Evidence: 1. Staff #2 began employment in November 2023. The record for Staff #2 did not contain documentation of current CPR certification.
