A monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/26/22 from 10:25 am to 11:15 am. There were 29 children present, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed playing in small centers and using the gym. Food from home was observed to be labeled. A total of 3 children's records, 2 staff records, attendance and medications were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
