An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 10:15 am and 12:30 pm. There were 28 children present with 3 staff members. The children were observed working on crafts and playing games. They were also observed during hand-washing. The physical plant, attendance logs, staff files, children's files, medications and authorizations, emergency drill logs, allergy forms and emergency supplies were inspected.
