The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced investigation on 3/21/2023 in response to a self-reported incident of potential forbidden actions when a staff member put their hands on a child to separate them from another child during a physical altercation between the 2 children. Interviews were conducted with staff and child records were reviewed The information gathered during this investigation did not find evidence of forbidden actions..
