An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 7:50am-8:50pm. There were 4 children present in SACC room 1 directly supervised by 1 staff, 1 child enrolled in an extracuricular activity, and 5 children in the gym with 1 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records,evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. No medications were present in site today. Children were observed participating in sensory play, electronics, and gross motor activies. Dismissal proceedures were also observed. There was a variety of age appropiate materials for the children. The center was clean and organized.
